Idea to Value Consulting helps leaders and teams in large organisations find better ways of working. Our work connects strategy, decisions, information, team structures and practical support for change.
Founded in Melbourne in 2014, Idea to Value Consulting draws on a large network of experienced practitioners. We bring together the skills and capacity each engagement needs, from focused assignments to large, complex projects. We help shape the work, introduce better arrangements and support the people putting them into use.
Dimitrios Siourthas
Dimitrios Siourthas leads Idea to Value Consulting, bringing nearly 30 years of experience helping organisations plan work, bring teams together and put change into practice.
He takes time to understand the situation through conversations with the people involved. That might mean defining a project, working through a difficult decision, or making priorities and progress clearer across departments.
His experience includes work with NAB, Telstra, nbn and CBA. He helps leaders and teams agree what needs to happen and establish practical ways to organise the work, share information and make changes that people can use.
