Enquiries
We use the name, email address, optional organisation and message you provide to understand and respond to your enquiry. The form sends your message through Amazon Web Services in Sydney. A submission receipt containing no message text or contact details is scheduled for deletion after seven days; automatic deletion may take additional time. Correspondence is handled separately in our business mailbox. Keep the first message to a brief outline; we can agree how to share sensitive information if it is needed.
Work assessment
The assessment keeps your module choices, answers and optional context in this browser tab for the session. It does not submit those answers to Idea to Value or store them on our servers. Use Reset assessment to clear them. Contact links open the separate enquiry form; your assessment answers are not attached automatically.
Website features
The website uses locally hosted fonts and does not include analytics or advertising cookies. The enquiry form requires JavaScript and Cloudflare Turnstile verification. Verification tokens and limited technical information, such as your IP address, are sent to Cloudflare for this check. Short-lived security tokens and a protected network identifier also help limit spam. We do not use enquiry content for tracking.
