An independent look at the project
Compare what was intended with what has been completed and what remains. Listen to the project team and the leader responsible, and identify gaps in the picture.
Sometimes a project needs a change of direction. Sometimes the immediate need is a reliable picture of what is happening. We look at the work, decisions and commitments with the people involved, then help agree a realistic way forward.

What we can help with
Compare what was intended with what has been completed and what remains. Listen to the project team and the leader responsible, and identify gaps in the picture.
Look at whether the work is clear, decisions are being made and teams have the people and support they need. Identify what is holding up progress.
Work through options to continue, change the plan, reduce the work or stop parts of it. Explain what each choice means for the people, funding and time involved.
Help the project manager, team and responsible leader agree actions, resolve issues and keep progress visible. Review the plan as new information becomes available.
Agree useful signs of progress, such as decisions being made, issues being resolved and commitments being met against the revised plan.
The review may recommend reshaping or stopping work. What can be achieved depends on the decisions, people and commitments available.
Tell us what is happening and we can work out where we can help.
